At Creative Lids, our goal is to deliver custom headwear you're proud to wear. Every item is made-to-order with care and precision. We aim for perfection, but if something’s not right, we’re committed to making it right.

Return Policy
Custom Items Are Final Sale
Because each hat is custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing
- Design changes after your approval
We appreciate your understanding of the custom nature of our work.
When a Return May Be Approved
If you receive an item that’s incorrect due to a manufacturing error or doesn’t match the approved mock-up, we may approve a return. To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
- Return shipping must be arranged by you unless we confirm the error is ours
Return Shipping Responsibility
We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt or proof of shipment.
Replacements Only
If we made a mistake and approve your return, we’ll send you a corrected replacement at no extra cost. We do not issue refunds.
Inspection Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if it qualifies for a replacement. If the item doesn’t meet our return criteria, we may deny the request.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change, and we allow cancellations within a 72-hour window after the order is placed.
However, because we often begin working on your design right away, the following fees may apply:
- A $50 artwork setup fee if digital work has already started
- Up to a 15% cancellation fee to cover time and materials
After 72 hours, your order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.
